Returns & Exchanges


All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • General wear



Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.




Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:


  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem



If approved, we will replace the item at no cost.




Late Claims


Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.




Refunds


Refunds are only issued in cases where:


  • The item is confirmed defective
  • A replacement cannot be provided

 

 

Abuse Protection


We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements if the item shows signs of wear, washing, or misuse.
