All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
During high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS, UPS, or other carriers
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s hands.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
